This summer school is scheduled from 5th to 10th of Semptember 2004 and will be held in Porquerolles (Marseille). During the summer school, fundamental and technical aspects of different electrochemical approaches for applications in the field of nanotechnology will be developed. The summer school will group scientists with complementary know-how to give a clear overview of the state of the arts of electrochemistry-induced new technologies. The active role of young researchers combined with the efforts of the pedagogic committee will contribute to strong interactions between different fields of research and will be beneficial for establishing contacts and new collaborations for subsequent future projects. Proceeding papers related to presentations will be submitted in the special issue of Journal of Electroceramics.
